Giardini Italiani represents a trademark of Casa Italia S.r.l.
The rules and conditions described herein (referred to as d’henceforth as “General Conditions”) concern the purchase of items (referred to as henceforth as “Items” or “Article”) via the website giardiniitaliani.com (referred to henceforth referred to as “Site”), intended for delivery exclusively within the territory of Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City).<\/p>\n

To make purchases destined for other countries, a request must be made to the’email address ordini@giardiniitaliani.com. Transactions made with Casa Italia S.r.l. through the Site are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), with regard to articles 50 to 68 relating to distance sales, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70 ( said “E-commerce Decree”). <\/p>\n

Items remain the property of the’company until full payment of the invoiced amount.<\/span><\/p>\n
