Deliveries can be made at home, in the garden, or straight to the room of choice, as agreed over the phone. Giardini Italiani can also assemble purchased products, thanks to its highly qualified staff. As needed, one or two technicians can assemble; you will be requested to provide any specific information for this purpose (for example, narrow staircases), prior to shipping. A delivery operator will contact you at the number you provide, to arrange the day and time of delivery. You will be informed by email when the goods leave our warehouse. Deliveries are made with our own vehicles and can be scheduled from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs depend on the type and quantity of products ordered; they will be specified in a detailed quotation, also including costs for packaging and insurance for transport. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Deliveries are made at street level to the indicated house number, by an express courier selected by Giardini Italiani. Assembly is not included. You will be notified by email as soon as goods are dispatched from the Giardini Italiani warehouses. Deliveries by courier can be arranged from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs, which depend on the type and volume of ordered items, will be specified in a quotation, which will also include costs for packaging and insurance for transport purposes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You can collect purchased products in person from the Deruta production site. We will provide you with all specifications so that you can check your vehicle is suitable for collection of packaged products. In this way you will not incur additional costs in the order specified in the quotation. Product delivery times vary and depend on destinations. Production and delivery times are indicative and estimated based on our \"typical\" order. They are standardised and can be subject to variation, especially in festive periods. Normally we are able to complete orders in Europe in 4\/6 weeks<\/strong> and 6\/8 weeks<\/strong> in the rest of the world
